*Taiko's form
The basis of Taiko's form is "Jikata" (rhythm player) and "Ouchi" (main player) united and add playing "Yoko-Bue" . And there are two way of setting Taikos, one is "Kagami-Uchi" that set them on the stand, and the other is "Beta-Uchi" that set them on the floor.
*Hi no Taiko Appointed intangible cultural property of Mikuni Town, Fukui Prefecture.
The character of "Hi no Taiko" playing is main player perform with the way we called "Tomoe-Maki" which looks like whirl the water. When main players took turns to play, they are performing it. And player's standing form has a unique. "Jikata" player stands on the left side of Taiko, and "Ouchi" stands on the right side of it. This playing form is "kagami-Uchi".

*Tojinbo Aranami Midareuchi
The performance expresses show of Nihon-Kai's (the sea of Japan) wave which is dashing against Tojinbo quay.The character of the playing is very strength performance because of using drum sticks which are one and half time longer than usual one (about 36cm) in the erformance.This playing form is "kagami-Uchi".

*Kuzuryu NagashiDaiko (GokokuHoujyo Kuzuryu NagshiDaiko)
The character of the playing is the rhythm. It's called "Jyuyokka" and the rhythm changes halfway of the playing. This perfomance tempo is higher than others. This playing form is "Beta-Uchi".

*Mikuni Minato Bayashi (SyobaiHanjyo KiganDaiko)
The character of the playing is also the rhythm. It's called "Naimatsu". It's interesting performance that "Jikata" and "Ouchi" take turns to play halfway of the playing. This playing form is "Beta-Uchi".

*Echizen Uzushio Daiko
The perfomance is so beatiful and nice. Three persons play each Taiko all together.You'll be able to hear their simple congenial playing. This playing form is "Beta-Uchi".
